Daniel Stiles
Project Manager
Daniel is an experienced Quantity Surveyor & Project Manager experienced in working on commercial, residential and public sector projects as a Cost Manager (QS), Contract Administrator (CA) and client-side Project Manager (CPM). He has extensive experience working on projects across multiple disciplines such as retail, leisure, high-rise, residential, commercial, aviation, marine and health. Daniel's experience has enabled him to become part of a panel of five professionals working with a national training academy; propertyCEO, who specialise in training high net worth individuals into becoming reputable property developers. As Director, Daniel is very focused on building and fostering relationships with clients to ensure repeat business and efficiency. His role enables him to remain a key team player and has proven invaluable when approaching clients and dealing with delivering projects. Daniel's diverse and varied background enables him to approach situations and challenges in different ways, which enables him to overcome those challenges where many would have chosen to shy away from.
